310,000 sq. ft. regional mall recently acquired by MSCC affiliate to be transformed into a Main Street Xperience, an entertainment/experiential regional center.
The center includes 4200 seat $18MM multipurpose arena, home of North Iowa Bulls and Mason City Toros minor league hockey teams, which enjoys 250,000 user interactions per year. New EER Center to include retail, restaurants, and entertainment, and Family Entertainment Center.
